There are a lot of Protestan Mastersons in Co. Wexford. Still some there today.
Contact Church of Ireland records center in Dublin, but I do not know if their records go that far back, I have found records as far back as the early 1700's. I think the site is called "The Representative Church Body". If you look up Church of Ireland Records you may find it that way.
