Keelans from Cavan?

Hi,

I've researching my family tree and my, great, great, grandfather Owen Keelan, appears to have been born in Co. Cavan around 1840. I do not know anything more about his Irish heritage all I know is that his fathers name was John keelan and his mothers name was Bridget Connelly. I know that Bridget was born around 1815 as she was 59yrs old in 1874 when she died in Dundee Scotland, and I am assuming John was born around the same time. Owens mother was a widow when she appears in Scotland's 1861 census and I can only assume that her husband John Keelan died before the family came to Scotland. The census also shows that Owen had two sisters, Elizabeth and Mary and a brother John.
Owen married a Maria Drury, also from Cavan, in Dundee in 1861.

Its a bit of along shot, but does anyone know anything about my Keelans???
