Tanya,are you sure she was born in co Cork and just didn't immigrate from there?I ask as the name Mckeever is much more common in the north of Ireland.I looked for her in Cork but found none.I found the following births between 1855-1865;
co Mayo 1855 Ellen Geever
co Mayo 1856 Ellen Geever
co Waterford 1855 Ellen Keiver
co Tyrone 1863 Ellen McEver
co Down 1863 Ellen McKeiver
co Leitrim 1865 Ellen Mageever
co Donegal 1865 Ellen McKeever
co Derry 1865 Ellen McKeever
