Kim thank you so much for your help on this. I really don't have much on this Great Grandfather or Great Grandmother at all. I obtained the information I have from family and her husbands obituary. I'm finding that there are quite a few Patrick Dougherty's in the greater Philadelphia area too. My next step will be to write and try to get her death certificate. Sometimes they list the parents on there and place of birth too. I also have another option. Patrick was very active in helping to build the St. Callistis Catholic Church in Philadelphia, so I will try writing the Catholic Diocese and see what they have in their records. It would probably list where they were married either the US or Ireland. I will followup this post when I get their response.
