They do not appear in the 1911 census.

Bridget's father must have died between 1885-1901.
As for Justin Madden he had to have died after 1911 but I can find no birth/death record for him or a marriage for him and Bridget.
If you go onto the website you can search through Dublin and I'd say you can trace the Whelans back much further as there are so many of them listed.As for the Maddens there are quite a few of them as well but I wonder could Justin actually have been born with a different forename and went by Justin?I hope this has helped,Kim
