Leyden family in County Clare

Hello - I am wondering if anybody has any information on Bartholomew Leyden and his wife Ellen Leyden who were farmers in County Clare and I believe Ennistymon. They arrived in New York City on July 5, 1849 on the Bryan Abbs. Several Leydens came with them, but I am interested in Peter Leyden. Also wondering if anybody could advise where to look for passenger manifest papers since I have told that the manifest papers contain more information. Also the Bryan Abbs was owned by Francis Spaight, any idea where to look for a list of passengers that Spaight paid their way to the United States. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Jim
