Thanks Kathleen; I will try to track down those census records;

Also looking further at the actual records both state Hanora/Nora was born in Boston abt 1845 (she was 36 on marriage record)~Meaning her mother Mary Shea Boyle and father Michael were in USA by that time or someone lied on her records.
Regarding Julius W. Bemis (SR) hus. of Nora; he had siblings:
Austin E.
Alfred E.
Mary J.
Sarah M.
Edwin H.
Charles D.
thier parents were
Sarah Mariah Walker of Marlborough, MA
Emery Bemis of Southborough, MA

As for Michael Boyle's paperwork being wrong about when he came to the states? I have copies (as does the rest of my family) of his Petition paperwork from Boston in 1852; it clearly states he came to USA in 1848. He may have gotten in arrival year wrong? (in regard to Hanora "Nora" Boyle's birth info in Boston) I don't know. We know it is his because the SAME Michael Boyle (Same signature) vouched on the petition paper work for his son in law John Dunley in 1875 (my g.g.Grandfather), Margaret Boyle's husband.
I think it is possible that not all of his children were born in Ireland....Still looking for a death record for Nora.
Regarding the 1870 census the abt birth year for Mike's daughter Nora is within a year range of Hanora "Nora" Boyle Bemis...they might have just gotten the Country of birth wrong on the census?
I will be phoning about Mary Shea Boyle's cemetery; I would do an actual physical look up in Records etc but right now I live in Western MA, not near any Family History Centers and don't have a car nor alot of money lol I hope to get to NEHGS sometime in a few months if finances allow.
