Joyce,In the 1901 Irish census the children listed(Martin,Peter,John,Bridget,Owen and Mary) are all children of Daniel and his wife Mary.Daniel and Owen are two children of Peter and Mary.I am assuming that the four listed in Griffiths Valuation are brothers of Peter although it is odd that Peter isn't listed.I looked at immigration records and there are several Kilcommons but unless you know definitely they migrated it would only be guesswork to say this one is of your family as the records do not have specific info on them.I did find a Martin Kilcommons who arrived in New York from Cobh,co Cork 11 July 1879 age 25 born @ 1854 on ship Chester.but I cannot say he is yours although age puts him in range of Peter's other children.
I looked at birth records again and found some more info.John and Owen were indeed twins who were baptised in Williamstown parish co Galway on 23 September 1865.Their mother's name is listed as Neill.Also baptised in Williamstown parish are the following Kilcommons who I believe are children of Peter and Mary;
I also think that besides Mary 1862 and Daniel 1849/1850(may have used name twice as first infant probably died_a common practice)there are probably other children who have their birth registered in county Roscommon who belong to Peter and Mary.
Found marriage of John(which you may have):
on 6 October 1895
in Manhattan,New York
Hope this helps,Kim
