I am looking for any information concerning MARTIN MURTAGH, his parents and siblings. The family is believed to have originated in Galway, Ireland. The surname was changed to MYRTER/MERTER upon Martin's arrival at the Port of Philadelphia in 1833. Family tradition has it that 9 brothers emigrated, but must have separated after reaching America. Martin settled in Grampian, Pa.

Any help you may be able to give me will be greatly appreciated.

Loretta Myrter
