Feeneys from Rooskey, Roscommon

Hi, I am new to this and have been building my family tree on ancestry.co.uk. I am looking for information on Thomas Feeney, I think my line come from Rooskey, County Roscommon. Thomas's dates are 1792 - 1877 and he married Bridget Callery. I have no info on her. They had a son (poss other children)that I am related to called Patrick Feeney 1819 - 1868 and he married Bridget Lannon 1827 - 1895. They had many children and my line comes from Bridget Feeney 1853 - 1931. She settled in Scotland (where I am) and married a James Murray (aka Edward O'Brien) we think they are the same person but have no info on why he changed his name and also no documentation to verify he changed his name and did he come from Ireland or already in Scotland?? but we have a marriage cert for them under Murray name but all their children take the O'brien name. We have a death certificate for Edward O'Brien. If anyone can shed any light on any aspect of the Feeney's or James Murray aka Edward O'Brien I would be extremely grateful. It is very interesting and rewarding doing this research but also extremely frustrating!! ;) Many thanks
Lindsey Black
