John James TALBOT b.26 July 1862 Kinvarra, County Clare Ireland d.5 September 1941 Sydney, NSW, Australia.

His parents are listed as Michael & Kathleen on his death certificate in NSW, Australia.

The birth information is from his headstone at Waverley Cemetery in Sydney.

Does anyone have any leads on him?

Is this maybe the John Talbot who was involved in the wheat scandals in 1919 in NSW?
