Harpers,
My grandfather was Samuel Harper, He came to Canada I was told
in 1917/8 with his 4 brothers, and his mother> MARY ANNE (nee)
WHYTE - d.1925- Scarborough,Ontario, Canada., his father> David
Harper. After MARY ANNE (nee) Whyte died, my g-grandfather moved
back to his home town Ballywalter, Ireland because this is where
all his friends were and he apparently did not like Canada he was
home sick.
I started searching for any thing on the Harpers in Ireland, but
I have now idea where to start. I would like to find out what
passenger ship this family said on also any information about
this family over in Ireland.

I hope that someone can help in this search. Thankyou

I can be reached at e-mail - ljwood@altavista.net
