Don't use all caps. Your msg is hard to read.
I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.
Assuming your Irish ancestor was also named Joseph, I determined that Bangor is located in Co. Down and searched the northern Ireland area. For Joseph Farren B ????, I found 3 unique B rcds: 1814 & 1850 Dublin, and 1895 Antrim.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse. Pls post you search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
