I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse. Rcds for Co. Dublin (north & south) are in the database. Rcds for the city of Dublin aren't.
For Margaret Dooner (+variants), B 1832 +/- 4 yrs in Co. Dublin (north & south), I found 3 B rcds. One of these MAY be for your ancestor. But lacking the City of Dublin rcds, my guess is the chances are abt 40%. However, the B rcd would be verifiable since is SHOULD list the parents' names.
For Henry Dooner (+variants) M 1827 +/- 4 yrs, ditto, I found 0 M rcds. For Margaret Byre M 1827 +/- 4 yrs, I found 5 M rcds. Since there was no matching rcd for Henry, it is likely the 5 rcds are false positives.
The+ data for these ancestors may be mired in the undigitized mass of rcds for the City of Dublin. You can also contact the RC diocese for Dublin for them. They receive lots of requests and may not be too responsive.
Regret that I couldn't give you something more definitive. Post a reply to this msg on Genforum telling me the results of your search.
