1863 is just prior to the beginning of civil records for Ireland.Until 1864, any birth records would likely be in the form of baptismal records. There's a birth record for a Mary Gallagher in Irvinestown, subdistrict Ederney, but the birthdate is a bit off from yours. It's given as 22 Oct 1867.
This one's parents were Darby Gallagher and Catherine McCusker.
Do you have a copy of the death records of Henry and Mary?Sometimes there's a bit of info on the deceased's parents.
Many of the Campbells I'm finding in Tyrone are Church of Ireland. Is it possible yer man Henry was CoI before he met Mary?Do you have a copy of their marriage record from Old St. Joseph's?Could he be a convert?
I'm wondering too if you've looked at Tyrellspass 1901 census records to see if others in Henry's family might be living there.
Good luck!
