Denis Doherty lived at 28 Thomson Road, Gorton, Manchester.
Occupation : Retired Gravedigger. The death certificate confirms he was born on 4th November 1903 in Glasgow, so we are sure he was our Annie Doherty's brother. He died on March 25, 1984.
His son Patrick Joseph Doherty registered the death. Patrick lives (or lived) at 34 Harthill Drive, Luton, Bedfordshire - not far from London. That was the address he gave on the death certificate.
We are trying to obtain a copy of Denis's will and several folks have been researching for Patrick Dohertys in the Luton area. I'll let you know what we uncover.
