Hello Maurizio,
I found the birth record index for a Luisa Francesca Annunziata Plunkett at the Latter Day Saints International Genealogical Index search page at:

I can't be sure if Luisa is the ancestor you had mentioned. The index shows that her parents were Giacomo Plunkett and Teresa D'Andrea.
There is no source information that came with the birth index, which means I don't know where the record came from or how accurate it is. Please see below for the index:

I did not find any further information about Luisa or her parents at the LDS site
But, the Latter Day Saints have filmed the civil registration birth records for the Municipality of Naples, as well as for several other municipalities that were in the Province of Naples. The index above for Luisa shows her birth was registered in the Municipality of Naples in 1825. The birth records filmed by the Latter Day Saints for Naples municipality commence in the year 1809. You can order this film from your local Family History Center. The film also includes an index of the births.

I also found a great deal more information about the Plunketts of Naples, Rome, England and Ireland at the Latter Day Saints Ancestral File category and in the International Genealogical Index, known as the IGI.
One family in particular appears to have been an illustrious one. This would be the family of Arthur James Plunkett who was born in Naples on 10 May 1819. His father was Arthur James Plunkett and mother was Louisa Emilia Corbally. Arthur's wife is listed as Elsie Mary Rio. The marriage, according to the record, took place on 12 February 1857 in the Redemptorist Church, Clapham, England, South London.
The Redemptorist order was founded by Alphonsus de Liquori, in Processio, Naples in 1732.
Information I found online shows that in 1854, a Father William Plunkett was the first priest to be ordained in the Clapham Church, which means it's possible he married Arthur James and Elsie Mary Rio. The record of Arthur James Plunkett found at the Ancestral File also shows that he had died at Killeen Castle, County Meath, Ireland on 24 April 1881.
