You're very welcome Doreen.
Actually, I had forgotten to include another record that may possibly refer to your William Angus, though I can be 100 percent sure.
This record is known as Griffiths Valuation. Griffiths Valuation was a property tax record enumerated in the 32 counties of Ireland between 1847 and 1864.
The enumeration for County Down itself took place between 1863-1864. Griffiths valuation, unlike census returns, does not list family members, only the occupiers of the land as well as the name of the person who owned and leased the land to the occupier. Unfortunately too, Griffiths in many instances does not give the occupation of the person who leased the property.
In Griffiths Valuation I located a William "Angous" living at 18 Mount Street, Donaghadee. This information was found at the subscription website called Origins.net
It's possible the William Angous found in Griffiths
Valuation is your William, though I can't tell that for sure. But, we do know that William and Margaret were living in or near Donaghadee Town during this time period of the Griffiths enumeration because of the birth record of their son George, born in 1864.
Below is the text version of the entry taken from a copy of the original Griffiths Valuation for William Angous in Donaghadee:
No. and Letter of reference to Map:
Occupier: William Angous
Lessor: Daniel Delacherois
County: Down
Civil Parish: Donaghadee
Townland: Donaghadee
Street: 18 Mount Street
Description of Tenement: House, Office, Yard, and Small Garden
Area of Land: 0
Rateable Annual Valuation of Land: 0
Rateable Annual Valuation of Buildings: 2 Pounds, 15 Shillings
Total Annual Valuation of Rateable Property: 2 Pounds, 15 Shillings
The Griffiths Valuation entry for William shows he leased a house, outbuildings, yard and small garden in Donaghadee from a man named Daniel Delacherois. No appreciable size of land went with this property, which is an indication that William made his living, not from farming, but in another occupation. The house, yard, garden and outbuilding had a value of 2 Pounds and 15 Shiillings.
An "Office" in a Griffiths Valuation could be an outbuilding such as a barn, stable, blacksmith shop, etc.
The map number at the beginning of the entry, number 18, refers to an Ordnance Survey Map showing where William's property was located in the town of Donaghadee.
If you recall from the last email, the marriage index for William Angus and Margaret Haisley shows that the names of the fathers of the couple were Andrew Angus and William "Hasley." I searched for Andrew Angus and William Hasley/Haisely in the Griffiths Valuation record. I found one record for an Andrew Angus. Griffiths Valuation shows he leased property in townland of Ballyminetragh, Civil Parish of Bangor, County Down. Ballyminetragh is located less that 15 miles south of Donaghadee at the junction of the A2 and A21 dual-carriageways.
As with the entry in Griffiths for William Angus, I can't be certain that the Andrew Angus shown in Griffiths was William's father.
I also searched for Margaret's father William Haisley in Griffiths Valuation. I found one person by that name, but the Griffiths record shows he lived in the town or Newry, which is clear across the county Down from Donaghadee and Bangor, on the border with County Armagh, located on the Newry River. In this entry, William's surname is spelled Heazley.
But, Griffiths Valuation does show that several Hesleys, Heasleys, and Hasleys lived in or near Donaghadee and Bangor. But it would be impossible to tell if any were related to Margaret.
Donaghadee, like Bangor, is located on the A2. Donaghadee can be found in County Down on the northeastern coast of what is known as the Ards Peninsula. It is the closest seaport to Great Britain. Just southwest of Donahadee is Strangford Lough, which divides the eastern portion of County Down.

The above freepages website shows a picture of the Methodist Church on Mount Street. You will need to scroll down the page to view the photo. If the Griffiths entry pertains to your William Angus, he, Margaret, and any children born in Donaghadee would have been familiar with this church.
Concerning Columba House in Howth, Dublin, the Irish Georgian Society devotes a webpage to several libraries and archive repositories that may have information about the dwelling where William Angus lived. You can contact anyone of these libraries or archives to see if they have information about Columba House, or, being as you live in England, you can visit many of these places and research the Columba House on your own.
