Hello Anne
The Latter Day Saints website at www.familysearch.org has a christening record for a Timothy Cremen, son of Denis Cremen and Julia Delohery. The baptism occurred on July 15, 1846 according to this record. No source information comes with the record however. This christening may very well pertain to your Timothy, even though the christening took place a few years after the 1841 birthdate you have for him.
Please see below:

_________
No birth records exist for this time period in Ireland, which means you would have to write to the parish priest in Donoughmore, Cork to request a copy of the christening record. The churches in the Donoughmore area are Catholic. I couldn't find reference to any Church of Ireland or Presbyterian Parishes in the Donoughmore locale.
If your Cremens were Catholic address your letter to:
Parish Priest in Charge,
Donoughmore, County Cork,
Ireland
In your letter ask the parish priest to search for the baptism of Timothy Cremen, son of Denis and Julia Delohery Cremen.
Keep in mind Anne, I can't be positive the christening record pertains to your Timothy Cremen. You would eventually have to find a record in Australia that states he came from Donoughmore or that his parents were Denis and Julia to confirm the christening information found at the Latter Day Saints website.
Best Wishes with your research.
