Hello Mary,
A man named Mark English from Palm Harbor, Florida, has submitted a
lot of information to the Mormon Church website concerning David
Webster, David Webster's parents William and Agnes Jones, David's brothers
and sister, and David's wife, whom he lists as Narcissa Mathers, rather than
Matthews.
One of the records Mark submitted is just below:

Mark made an error in the record concerning Davud Webster's death, which he places in 1817. He could have meant 1887.

If you do not know Mark you may want to write to him as he may have more
information about David Webster's family and David’s wife Narcissa.
Also Mary, you can order Clark County marriage records filmed by the Mormon Church to confirm the marriage entry you see in the record above for David Webster And Narcissa.
You can order these microfilms from your local family History Center. Below isinformation and microfilm numbers of these films:
Marriage records, 1793-1976

Also on microfilm. Salt Lake City : Filmed by the Genealogical Society of
Utah, 1970. on 1 microfilm reel ; 35 mm.FHL US/CAN Film 823822 Item 1
_______
I'd recommend ordering both films in case one is easier to read than the other.
In addition I accessed the 1860 census you had mentioned for David and Narcissa in Winchester District No. 2, Clark County, Kentucky, and found that 63 year old Anna's last name appears to be Mathers, rather than Matthews. I found this census at the subscription HeritageQuest website.
If you go to the 1860 census you will notice all the people listed in the household of David Webster were born in Kentucky, except for a "Stonemason" named John Fagan. The census shows he was born in Ireland. He may not have been a relation at all, but a boarder with the Webster family.
I also found the 1870 census return for David and Narcissa in Winchester, but in this census return, Anna's last name does appear to be Matthews, though it could also read as Mathers as the handwriting is difficult to read.
The marriage records on microfilm for Clark County hopefully will clear up the spelling of Narcissa's maiden name.
The 1870 census return shows several children living with David and Narcissa, and a husband and wife named Felix and Mildred Goodpasture. Felix was 23 years old and Mildred 20, and according to the census, both were born in Kentucky. Felix is shown to have worked as a "Carpernter." Felix and Mildred were probably boarderswith the Webster family. Boarders such as this would have brought in extra income to supplement David's income as a "Saddlemaker."
Moving ahead in time I also discovered the David Webster family in the 1880 Census return for Winchester, but in this return, Narcissa's name is listed as "Cherester."
This spelling could be an error on the part of the census enumerator, or onthe part of the person who transcribed the census return to an onlineformat.
This census can be found at the Mormon Church website at
www.familysearch.org
That census return follows:

________
You can view the original 1880 census return you see above by ordering microfilm number 1254410 from the Family History Center.
In the census Scott Webster's Marital Status is given as "D," which means "Divorced." The last person in the census named William, is shown to be the grandson of David Webster. I would say this William was Scott Webster's son.
Don't hesitate to write with any questions.
Best Wishes Mary,
Dave Boylan
