Hello O'Malley friends & (as yet) unknown cousins. Thought I'd also post to this original message, since my E-mail has now changed -- Sorry, but I have yet another new e-mail address. (We must be very good at picking transient providers!)But you're welcome to e-mail me at any time: auntminta@attbi.com

I'm going to Ireland in 14 days to try and find Lanmore and my John O'Malley's (see list below). Wish me some Irish luck! Will gladly accept advice & good wishes from anyone.

Thanks, Mickey O'Malley

Herre's my list again -- Still looking for new relatives to claim.

Generation 1:
John O'Malley, b. 1768 in Agahagower Parish, Ireland;
wife = Mary Joyce, b. 1768, Agahagower Parish, Ireland.

Generation 2:
Son = John O'Malley, b. 1797 in Lanmore, County Mayo, Ireland;
wife = Mary Hallihan, born about 1800.

Generation 3:
Son = John O'Malley, b. 1836 in Lanmore, County Mayo, Ireland; d. 1888 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA;
wife = Margaret Malone O'Malley, b. 1840 in Ailbaun, County Mayo, Ireland.

Generation 4: (John & Margaret Malone O’Malley's children):
John Francis O’Malley, b. 1869 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA (my grandfather);
Edward O’Malley, b. 1870 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA;
William Patrick O’Malley, b. 1872 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA;
Thomas Alyosius O’Malley, b. 1875 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA;
Margaret Marie O’Malley, b. 1883 in Jackson, Tennessee, USA.

Also, g-g'father John O’Malley (Generation 3) had a niece named Mary E. O’Malley who lived with his family in Jackson, Tennessee in 1910. The Tennessee 1910 Census shows Mary E. O’Malley as a niece, 35 yrs old, unmarried, born in Tennessee (abt. 1875?). Mary's Father would have been John's brother, living somewhere in Tennessee in 1910? -- he's still a mystery.

Do any of my people listed above relate to any of you?
Hoping to hear. Thanks. Mickey O'Malley
