I have some updated information gleaned from the Irish Family History Foundation website.

Charles Pew married to Ann Maguire and had the following children:

Mary Pew born 30 Mar 1811, Dowth
Francis Pew born 10 Jan 1813, Dowth

Francis Pew married to Ann Carr and had the following children:

Patrick Pew born 5 Dec 1811, Dowth
Elizabeth Pew born 27 Feb 1814

I can't prove it right know but I'm thinking that Charles and Francis are also children of my Francis & Mary Dunne Pew.
