I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% or Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For Bernard Beatty B 1869, I found 1 B rcd in Meath.

For John Beatty, I found 1 M rcd in 1862 in Meath. For the rest of Ireland, there are 44 rcds in the range 1860-1868.

For Catherine Claw, I found 0 B rcds anywhere for any date in Ireland. This is puzzling as the surname is so rare.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg. Good luck.
