I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.
For Laurence Murphy B 1795, Clonmellon, Co. Meath, I found 1 B rcd.
For Rose Reilly B 1797, Co. Meath, I found 3 B rcds. One of these was in Clonmellon parish.
For a Rose & Laurence marriage in 1819, I couldn't find matching M rcds in any parish in Co. Meath.
For Daniel Murphy B 1823 in Co. Meath, I found 1 B rcd. This was in Clonmellon parish.
For all the named children except Ann, I found B rcds in Clonmellon parish.
The Joynt surname is rare in Ireland. It is concentrated in NW Ireland.
Some of these are likely for your ancestors. The evidence is very strong.
