I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Cnty Meath rcds were just added.

For James Casey B ???? in Co. Meath, I found 27 B rcds.

For Maria Raeburn B ???? ditto, I found 0 B and 0 M rcds for any date. The surname Raeburn is likely not Irish as there are no B or M rcds in the database. Suggest you get James' DOB or an estimate thereof, then search.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database.
Hope this helps. Best of luck. Pls post your search results to this genforum message.
