I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Cnty Meath rcds were just added.

For Peter McGauley in all Ireland for all time, I found 108 B rcds and 58 M rcds.

For Rose McEvoy, ditto, I found 128 B and 98 M rcds.

Estimate a range of dates for their DOB and DOB, then search the database.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database.
Hope this helps. Best of luck. Pls post your search results to this genforum message.
