Ballyglass is a townland name. There are 11 Ballglasses in Co. Mayo. You would need the parish name to do a more detailed search.
I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800.
For the Connor surname in Co. Mayo, there are 3,401 B rcds dating from 1767 and 1,269 M rcds dating from 1602 (this may have a transcription error. The more likely date is 1702).
For the Joyce surname ditto, there are 3,742 B rcds dating from 1815 and 1,242 M rcds dating from 1804.
For the Geraghty surname ditto, there are 2,531 B rcds dating from 1822 and 960 M rcds dating from 1800.
Suggest you find some specific forenames and dates to do more detailed searches. Good sources for these are U.S. censuses and naturalization papers.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added and browse.
