Margaret Donahue was born around 1873 in Ireland (we believe Co. Mayo although it might be present day Co. Roscommon), Ireland. She married her first husband at the age of 19 around 1892 (Maher). Not sure if she was in America by then or still in Ireland. General belief is that she was still in Ireland. She came to America and was residing in Chicago, IL. She remarried in Jan. 1913 to Alfred Richard Bench at St. Elizabeth's. In 1914, she had my grandmother in Boston, MA. Margaret Donahue Maher Bench died in 1935. Listed on her death cert is her father's name, John Donahue. That is all I have. I would love to know more info or more connections if anyone knows of them.
