*Delegate is a country town in southern NSW. Australia.
*Hallimbibby, unsure but I believe this may be the name of a 'Station' as in sheep or cattle as I have not been able to find any other reference to it as yet. It was common practice for people to live & work on these 'Stations'.
*Stephen James Callaway.
*Braidwood is a country town in southern NSW. Australia.

Also this brief from Assisted Immigrants Arrive Sydney & Newcastle 1844-1859: Callaway Louisa - Age 14yrs.- & family - Vessel Switzerland - 1858.
From Port of Liverpool UK Arrive Sydney 13th April 1858.
Family: Stephen Callaway, Age: 45, Ann Callaway, Age: 42, Emma Callaway, Age: 12.
Does any of this help to shed more light on a search at your end?
Regards and thank you for the time and effort,
Julie.
