There were definitely two St Mary's as the other poster said. The St Mary's Church of Ireland one is more famous and has some interesting gravestones but there is definitely a St Mary's RC one as well.

The Latter Day Saints/Mormons filmed most of the registers of St Peters Church/Drogheda and on the end of several rolls there are entries for St Mary's/Drogheda too (some of my relatives were in that parish). You could go to any local Family History Center all over the world (see the Mormon web site for directory), then order a copy of the microfilm to be sent out from Salt Lake City.
