Looking for Hart/King in CO Louth

My great grandfather Matthew Hart was born in Ireland about 1844. His parents were Peter Hart (b abt 1821) and Ann King (b abt 1822). They were married, I suspect, about 1841. They had another child Catherine Hart about 1845.
The family emigrated to England about 1846. Matthew was 2 & Catherine was 1. They were Roman Catholic.
Can anyone verify that they were from CO Louth? Any way to search RC Church records? Thanks.
