James (or William) married Mary Whitney. Came to America around 1838 or 39 or thereabouts. Children James, Mary, Bridget and Francis born in Ireland. My James was from Barry, Co. Longford.
When in Rhode Island, Thomas, William and Michael were born and not sure if Bernard was born in R.I. or Ireland.
James went to Troy, NY and then Amboy and Rome, NY
Bernard stayed with sister Mary who was in Troy for a while then back to Rhode Island.
It appears Bridget stayed in R.I.
Some of my Heaney's settled in Montana.
Just been a while and am giving a new "shout out".
Also for those I've been in contact with, I found out a little about Catherine who married John Whiskey Brown if your still dabbling in your genealogy. As for me, I just can't let it go!
