I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse, B4 1800 rare.
For Thomas Hannon, the earliest B rcd is in 1794 in Limerick, for Tipperary 1823. Both are probably too late for your time line. Neither had a father named Nicholas.
For Catherine Hannon B 1819 +/- 1 yr with a father named Thomas in Limerick/Tipperary, I found 0 B rcds.
For Catherine Burke, I found 2 B rcds in Limerick: 1818 & 1819. Neither in Ballybricken.
For Honora Hannon B 1823 +/- 1 yr ditto, I found 0 B rcds
For Honora Burke ditto, ditto.
For Nicholas Hannon B 1821 +/- 1 yr ditto, I found 1 B rcd: 1820, Ballybricken parish, Limerick.
For John Hannon B 1811 +/- 1 yr with a father named JOHN, I found 1 B rcd: 1810 Limerick, Ballybricken parish.
For Mary Walsh B 1808 +/- 1 yr with a father named Patrick, I found 0 B rcds in Limerick/Tipperary. The closest DOB and county were 1808 Kilkenny.
For Eliza(beth) Hannon B 1838 +/- 1 yr with a father named John, I found 2 rcds: 1837 & 1838 Limerick. Neither was in Ballybricken.
For the Tipperary origin, the two townland names you spelt don't exist. Possibilities are Ballymoheen, Ballymurreen and Ballyheen(s). Google "seanruad" to find the complete list of townlands for all counties/parishes.
Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
