As far back as I have gone,in 11/02/1825 Patrick Lillis married Hanora Leary. Parish/ District== Dromin & Athlacca, witnesses were Jeremiah Leary and Elizabeth Leary.
Their son Edmd. Lillis baptism place info is same as parents place of marriage (County Limerick)in 28/12/1830. Brith date being Dec, 25, 1830. Sponsors were John Dea and Bgt. Joyce. Edward left Ireland (I believe with three other males, likely brothers) in 1850. Arrived in NY and they made their way to Frankfort, Ky. Where there were quite a few Irish already settled. He was a Stonemason by trade. As Frankfort was the state capital, they were having a building boom of municipal bldg. He helped build most of them. He bought a house in Fr. and the one beside it on Main street, I believe the address was 133. He married Susan McAuliffe on 17 July 1859. I have a copy of the marriage bond and the return from the church were they were married, The Good Shepherd. They had:
