Looking for William DUNNAGAN of Limerick
Posted by: Sharon Katz (ID *****9315) Date: June 10, 2012 at 18:20:24
  of 1145

I'm looking for information concerning any DUNNEGANs (variant spellings - DUNNAGAN, DUNAGAN, DUNAGIN, etc.) from Limerick, Ireland.

Specifically, a father William had two sons William and Thomas.

The boys were christened at St. John's (Anglican) in Limerick:
William (1704) and Thomas (1706).

William and Thomas came to America but their father did not.

Thomas appears to have come originally to Virginia and then after serving indenture went down to the Surry County area of North Carolina.

Any information about this family in Ireland would be appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration.
Sharon
