John Lloyd 1774-1848 Cloone Parish

I would like to trace our family back further than this Lloyd. He immigrated to Canada with wife Margaret Glover in 1827. They came from Parish of Cloone(as per a flax seed entitielment sheet 1796). They had 9 children. I know the names of 5 of them:
Caleb (1797), John (1802), Glover (1806), Marmaduke(1810)Mariah (1812) and Jane (1813). All their records on the IGI show births in Cloone but Marmaduke which shows Roscommon. I feel we may be the same Lloyd as John Thomas Lloyd born 1774 in Rockville, Roscommon. If so this would open up 3 more generations through the Owen Lloyds...but I would like more background. Also any other realted knowledge of this family will be appreciated.
