Hi there,
First off I was sorry to hear about your stroke. I imagine that has been quite an ordeal for you. Hopefully, you are back on track healthwise.

I did want to respond to your post. I have made good progress. Of course there are all the usual frustrations as you go back further but here is what I have found out.

Felix Gallogly or Phelix Galogly depending on whether it is a parish or civil record married Eileen Reilly (I believe it is supposed to be Ellen) on 08-Feb-1869. Felix's residence was recorded as Derinave. He was a bachelor farmer from Drumshambo North townland his fathers name was not recorded. UPDATE - I recently received information from a James Gallogly who indicates that Felix's father was also a Felix who married a woman named Mary Prior. They had another son John who married a woman named Short from Greagh Cross. His research indicates that the Gallogly's came from Ulster in the late 1790s.

Ellen Reilly was full age a spinster from Drumshambo North townland and her father was Pat Reilly a farmer. Patt Galogly and Catherine Mc Manus witnessed this marriage which took place in Carrigallen Roman Catholic Church.

We found the following children recorded baptised to Felix Gallogly and Ellen Reilly in Aughavas Roman Catholic parish, in the townland of Drumshambo

Mary Gallogly baptised 03-Mar-1870,
Maria Galogly born 08-Mar-1870 to parents Felix Galogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambow townland. She married a William Harrison and ended up in England.

Patrick Gallogly baptised 12-Mar-1871
Patt Galoughly born 11-Mar-1871 to parents Felix Galougly farmer and Eleanor Reilly in Drumshambo townland
Have been unable to trace him.

Ellen Gallogly baptised 01-Apr-1872 - My ggrandmother
Ellen Galoghly born 01-Apr-1872 to parents Felix Galoghly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townaland. She came to the US and married Walter E. Kelley

Felix Gallogly baptised 04-Sep-1874
Felix Gallogly born 10-Sep-1874 to parents Felix Gallogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townland. Been unable to locate. Strongly believe he passed away in less than a year based up some information. Awaiting confirmation from Leitrim Genealogy.

Thomas Gallogly baptised 04-Feb-1877
Thomas Gallogly born 03-Feb-1877 to parents Felix Gallogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townland
Unable to locate further information on him.

Catherine Gallogly baptised 11-Jan-1878
Catherine Gallogly born 26-Feb 1878 to parents Felix Gallogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townland
Married first a Coogan then a Brandon.

Rose Gallogly baptised 26-Jan-1880
Rose Gallogly born 15-Apr-1880 to parents Felix Gallogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townland
Married an Arthur Howarth

Elizabeth Gallogly baptised 29-Jun-1882
Elizabeth Gallogly born 10-Jul-1882 to parents Felix Gallogly farmer and Ellen Reilly in Drumshambo townland
Married an Ernest Poole

So the most difficult thing is tracking the men it seems. I am trying to figure out who Felix's father was but with a possible name of John it isn't that easy. What I did find was a Daniel Gallogly with a father named John who looked to be about the right one. I am trying to get Daniels Marriage certificate. Getting married in Ireland makes it difficult but I think I just stumbled upon his going to England via a Census so a death certificate may be more helpful.

Anyway, wanted to let you know how helpful your information was to moving me along.
