Does it say exactly what the address was where they lived in 1901 & 1911?
It certainly sounds like it could be them.
All the information I have on John & Mary Cryan (nee Murray)is that they married at Kiltoghert Catholic Church Leitrim on the 4/7/1857 but their marriage record shows no parents names or where they were born etc.
I have always believed there could be more children born between 1860 & Patrick's birth in 1864 but have not been able to find them.
I know they had a Margaret born & died in 1868/69 & one of the son's Michael died here in Australia in 1910 this could be the 2 deceased you have found.
