Found a William Notley 1857 Griffith's Valuation spelling Clooncarreen, Mohill.
You can find yor Mary Jane & Thomas in the 1901 Census at your local Family History Libary. You have the townland Cloonart.
Also found an Alexander McGlynn in Cloonary 1857.
