Jim,
Thank you so much for looking that up. I don't believe that is my family. I'm sure Patrick was born in 1829 because that is what is recorded in the family Bible. Also, the last child was born in 1846, so John, the father, would have been alive until sometime in 1845. The mother, Margaret ? was born 1799-1801. She & children left Ireland in 1851. Patrick may have left earlier.

Records show they came over under name Haley-but other records later show them as name Healy. Do you know why this interchange of spellings?
