You can view a townland map of oughteragh here, Ballinamore is in the Cannaboe area or #17 on the map, Kiltygerry #70 northwest of Ballinamore, there doesn't seem to be a Tarmon in oughteragh parish:

You can also access the 1901 census on this site, the fourm is also useful, it seems to get far more updates than this one, ask about Tarmon, it may have another name now.
