I searched the IFHF's online database @ ROOTSIRELAND.IE. It has abt 19 million B/M/D and other records for MOST Irish counties. Records before 1863 are increasingly sparse and almost non-existant before 1800.

I couldn't find ANY records on/about your estimated DOB/DOM dates and with/without the spouse's/mother's fore/surnames.

Suggest you visit this database, register (free), browse, and opt to be notified when records are added to the database.
