I am attempting to trace my Bagnall, Piggott, and Neville ancestors, who came from the Tullamore/Geashill area. The earliest records I have for them are from the early 1800s, but I am quite sure they were in the area prior to that. Specific names include: Isaac Bagnall, Jane Bagnall, Harriet Bagnall, Mary Anne Piggott, Henry Piggott, Harriet Piggott, and Medenia Piggott. Some of these names may have been spelled slightly differently than I have written. Our family history also refers to a disinherited "Lord Piggott' and a Quaker women, by the name of "Miss Neville." Several of these people moved on to Quebec, Canada, in the early/mid 1800s.
Isaac Bagnall was married to Mary Anne Piggott. She died, when their two daughters were quite young, and Isaac remarried.
