My gg-grandmother was Margaret Mary Devoy (20 July 1842 Ireland - 19 Aug 1894 Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida, USA). On her tombstone is written that she was born in Queen's County, Ireland. She married Frank Peter Sanchez (1835-1877) on 22 Dec 1859 in Mobile, Alabama, USA. They are buried in St. Michael's Cemetery in Pensacola.
I haven't been able to determine when she came to the US, who her parents were, etc.
Any help would be appreciated!
