Hi Dorothy,
I have been to Rathspick and recorded the headstones there(that I could read) but no Watt. Griffiths Valuation gives no Watt in Laois. I have a very detailed map of Laois, which covers the complete water supply for all of Laois,but no matches to your 'letters'. There are no Watt in the local phone book, the nearest being Tipperary.
Sorry I could not have better news, but as always, if one crops up I will forward same.
