researching from Canada

Not sure whether the place "Rortaasbuck" Queens County refers to a county, town, parish or village. I am not even sure it is the right spelling as I am not familiar with place names or spelling. I got this from a death certificate for a John Watt whom I am researching and who according to the death certificate was born in this place about 1825 and died in Canada in 1891. The writing in part is very difficult to decipher thus I am unable to make out the complete name of the place but it definitly starts with 'R' and ends with 'asbuck'.

If anyone can help decipher the name of the place I would be most grateful. Dorothy
