Thanks for checking, and sorry for my delay in replying. Our Mary (Casey) Grace was born July 1822 in the Kilkea area a few miles west of Castledermot, Co. Kildare. I don't know if that is near the areas (Ballitore and Ballymore Eustace) you mentioned. She, her husband Peter Grace, and their 7 sons emigrated from the Athy area (townland of Nicholastown,in the civil parish of Tankardstown) to the U.S. over the period 1860-1862.
While you are at it, do you have any info on a Dennis Casey, born in Ireland ca 1840? He is an ancestor of another branch of our family; it is unknown if he was related to Mary Casey. We don't know what part of Ireland Dennis came from, but we beleive he emigrated to the US about 1859-1863. He settled in Vermont.
