Have you tried the Kerry parish records? - you can search them for free online.
If you go to http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/search.jsp?name2=Nolan&name=Carroll&location=Kerry&dd=&mm=&yy=&submit=Search&sort=&pageSize=100&type=&diocese=&parish=¢ury=&decade=
You will find the marriage of Patrick Carroll and ellen Nolan in Abbeydorney parish 19 Feb 1871 and the baptisms of their children. As well as the names you mentioned there is an entry for Thomas Carroll 3 Sep 1875 parents Patrick and Ellen Nolan Carroll sponsors Michael and Honora Bunion.
You can also check the 1901 Census at the www.census.nationalarchives.ie
You may find some of the family there.
Hope this is of help
