At the website www.irishgenealogy.ie there is a baptism for a Kyran Roche of Annamore (Currow)18 Dec 1809 Parents James Roche Johanna Reidy. This could be a possible sibling for patrick as Hanora and Johanna were sometimes used interchangeably strange though it may seem. If you can find the Tithe applotments and later Griffiths for that townland you may be able to check if the Roche family remained in that area as there seems to be very few Roche records for a later period in Currow Kileentierna parish. You could check if there are any other siblings registered in any other parishes.
Hope this is of use
