Well, Ralph, I spent a fortune trying to locate all my Irish ancestors not only in Galway but Cork, Tipperary, and Limerick. I didn't find one of the wretches in all those counties. I love that site though. I've started contacting all the Irish and English Hafferty's (of which there are precisely 3 families) to see if they have any information. If they're anything like my Quirk ancestors, I'll not hear a word.

I wish I were wealthy instead of beautiful (as my grandmother used to say) then I'd take a long trip to Ireland. Since I'm neither, I'll just have to be satisfied with the Internet and my local FHC.
